Package shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via NACEX or POSTAL with a tracking number and unsigned delivery. If you prefer certified shipping by NACEX or POSTAL Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The packaging is the carrier's own, bags, boxes and your items will be well protected.


The customer may send their request for the return of the items purchased on our site www.SILVANA, without any sanction, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the package to the shipping address.

The amounts of the return will always be borne by the Client. For more information on the return procedure, we invite you to visit the returns and refunds section on our website.

The Customer's right of return is correctly exercised when the following conditions are met:

Please do not use, wash or damage the returned items; 

Please do not cut off the product identification label and warranty seal;

Please put the returned items in the original package (or other similar rigidity package), with accessories or instruction manuals;

Put the sticker on the invoice (or on the corresponding invoices if the returns belong to different orders) with the address of our warehouse on top of the  box, so that the shipping label is not visible on the box.

Please send the items to SILVANA CAMPOS, C / Celia Lozano, 18, 5th floor, door 4, 03203, Elche, Alicante, with a single shipment by the carrier within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the package. After the return of the items to SILVANA CAMPOS, the sale agreement will be annulled as well as all obligations, rights and claims, except in the event that the merchandise presents alterations, SILVANA CAMPOS may withhold payment for the items already made by the Customer, and resend to the Customer the returned products.
Once the merchandise is received in the warehouse, SILVANA CAMPOS will check its condition and the respect of all the conditions for its return. If these conditions have been met, SILVANA CAMPOS will send the Customer an email to confirm acceptance of the return, also sending to the Credit Institute or Paypal, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, confirmation to proceed with the refund. The time of the actual receipt of the refund depends exclusively on the credit institute or the Paypal account of each client and is in no way dependent on SILVANA CAMPOS. The refund of the amounts paid by the customer will always be made exclusively for the benefit of the customer who has made the payment.

Without the fulfillment of said conditions, the Client will not receive a refund of the amount paid to SILVANA CAMPOS; and the Client may request the resending of the article at her own risk and covering the expenses by herself. If the client does not request the return of the item, SILVANA CAMPOS may retain the product and the amount received through the transaction.
